Customer Service Review & Handling
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and notify you whether the return or exchange is approved.
- For quality-related issues, we will offer a refund, replacement, or return based on the case details.
- For shipping errors, we will coordinate a return or arrange for the correct item to be sent.
- For non-quality-related requests, we will determine feasibility and inform you of any return shipping responsibilities.
Return Instructions
- Once approved, our team will provide the return address and packaging guidelines.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or with similarly protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, paper corners, sturdy boxes).
- For products sold in gift boxes or special packaging, please return the complete packaging. Refunds may be adjusted if resale value is affected by damage.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item's receipt and inspection.
- Approved exchanges will be reshipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
